This program is designed to give students skills necessary to navigate a culturally diverse professional landscape. Completion demonstrates students have achieved understanding and awareness of how professional and interpersonal interaction can be affected by cultural differences, including understanding the effects of their own cultural perspectives. The knowledge gained in the completion of this certificate will improve efficacy and ability to lead with cultural sensitivity in today’s diverse, globalized workforce.
