This program is intended as an introduction to both the technical and business sides of construction and is intended to prepare students for a career in Construction Management. It covers the fundamentals of construction in a logical, simple, and concise format, and introduces students to job estimations, scheduling, and management of a construction jobsite.

- Develop and describe the chronological phases of building construction and scope of construction management.
