This program is designed to teach students the practical in-demand skills needed to communicate effectively at work, at home, and in the community to advocate for themselves and others while strengthening their relationships and thriving in their chosen careers. Upon completion of this certificate, students will gain a theoretical and practical understanding of the oral and written communication process by developing teamwork, leadership, intercultural, and interpersonal skills.
