This program includes the application of procedures and techniques related to the management of a construction project, including estimating and bidding, scheduling and control, inspection, building systems, construction practices, quality control, labor and safety practices. The program will include some hands-on fundamental courses, analysis of the requirements of the building code, construction safety and management, and cost estimating.

- Evaluate building plan schedules and specifications as it relates trade scheduling.
- Create a CPM (Critical Path Method) for a construction project.
- Develop a bid proposal with scope of work and cost projections.
